This document contains important information about the services and business policies to ensure that we can serve you the best way possible.


SERVICES

As a client it is important for you to know we are not a licensed therapist, nor do we advertise as one, nor act as one in any way, including diagnosis or treatment. If you have serious mental health issues it is your responsibility to seek qualified professional mental healthcare or call 1-800-273-8255, the U.S. 24-hour suicide prevention line for immediate care. 


SESSIONS

Intake sessions last for 55. Sessions 50 minutes. Book as frequently need.

We will call you from private number (caller id will  say “No Name”) at the exact time of your appointment. If you do not pick up on the first try we will call two more consecutive times.

If you do not further pick up we will retry calling you five minutes later, two consecutive times. We will not leave a voicemail unless you have requested. If we are unable to reach you after these five attempts, we mark the session as being missed. You will not be refunded.


We have a 24 hour cancellation policy to receive 100% refund. Anything after 24 hours you receive a 50% refund.

CANCELLATIONS


We do not take insurance. You are responsible for paying at the time of booking.

FEES


Your information is kept confidential at all times with the exception of abusive or self-harming behavior. If we interact with an abusive client we will record the conversation. It is possible if abuse is continuous or deemed dangerous, we may give this recorded information to the proper authorities. Records are kept for billing purposes.
